Government says two expert groups have been formed to look into the different aspects of black money. In an informal chat with reporters in New Delhi on Friday the Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee said, one expert group will advice his ministry on the feasibility of amnesty scheme to encourage the people to bring back black money parked in foreign banks.

He said, another inter-ministerial group will estimate the amount of black money and suggest ways for curbing its generation. He, however, did not respond to the questions whether the amnesty scheme could be part of the budget to be presented in Parliament on 28th of next month. AIR correspondent reports that government has already constituted a group of ministers headed by Mr. Mukherjee to suggest legislative and administrative measures to deal with the menace of corruption.
